School Bus Crash In Guilford County NC

Three people taken to hospital after a school bus from Allen Jay Middle School crashes.

Guilford County, NC -- The Highway Patrol and EMS tended to the scene of a Guilford County Schools bus crash.

It happened on Randleman Road at Talleyrand Road and involved a bus from Allen Jay Middle School.

The Highway Patrol says the bus was traveling north on Randleman Road when a car pulled out in front of the vehicle. The bus driver tried to avoid the crash, but lost control and ran off the side of the road.

There were five people on the bus, including three students. Three people, two of them students, were taken to the hospital. Authorities say their injuries are not serious.
