Poudre High School Deals with Crashes
Six people are recovering this morning
after the overnight crash of a school bus along northbound Interstate 25
near Windsor.
More than two dozen people were on the
Poudre High School bus when it rolled at about 12:45 a-m.
The bus was one of two transporting choir
members and chaperones to Fort Collins. The group was returning from a
Sunday night performance in the Denver area.
The injured were taken to the Medical
Center of the Rockies in Loveland. The second bus took the uninjured
back to Fort Collins.
Trooper Clinton Rushing the Third says
the accident appears to have resulted from driver error.
Counselors will be on hand today to help
students deal with news of two weekend crashes. Poudre High junior Hagan
Klamm died in a crash on Friday.
