SCHOOL BUS CRASH REPORTS 2007

Five Children Treated and Released Following School Bus Accident
March 27, 2007

Five children were sent to the hospital after their school bus was involved in an accident. State Troopers responded to the accident on Route 415 in Campbell.

According to police, the bus was at the front of a three-vehicle pileup after stopping to drop off students. They said an A&E Transportation bus failed to stop and hit a Toyota, driving it into the back of the school bus.

Five of the 26 students on the bus were taken to Corning Hospital where they were treated and released.

Two counselors from Campbell-Savona Elementary School were at the scene to calm down the students.
