Ten Children Treated for Minor
Injuries After school Bus Mishap

KINGSTON, Mass. -- Police in Kingston say
a criminal complaint application has been filed against the driver of an
SUV that collided with a school bus, sending seven children to the
hospital.
Joshua Pierce, 21, of Kingston is being
cited for operating a motor vehicle recklessly as to endanger.
The accident yesterday morning near
Silver Lake Regional High School sent three high school and four
middle-school students to Jordan Hospital, where they were treated and
released. The bus driver was also taken to the hospital.
Pierce suffered more serious injuries and
as transferred to a Boston hospital.
