SA Boy Hit By School Bus, In Hospital

A 12-year-old St. Albans boy hit a school bus while riding his bike and was taken to Thomas Memorial Hospital, said Kanawha County Sheriff’s Lt. Sean C. Crosier. The accident happened around 8 a.m. on West Main Street in St. Albans, he said.
The boy was waving to kids on the bus when he struck the left side of it, Crosier said. The bus was not traveling very fast, he said.

The boy was taken to Thomas Memorial Hospital with injuries, Crosier said. No update on the boy’s condition was available, he said.
